Getting Started

Requirements

Before you can begin using IsabiPay Escrow, there are a few basic requirements you need to meet:

A Solana-Compatible Wallet:

To interact with the IsabiPay Escrow platform, you'll need a wallet that supports the Solana blockchain, such as Solflare, Phantom or Sollet.

SOL Tokens:

Since IsabiPay Escrow operates on the Solana network, you'll need USDC tokens to cover transaction fees (gas fees). You can acquire USDC directly Buy Crypto Option in the wallets. Or exchanges like Binance, Coinbase

Internet Access:

A stable internet connection is required to interact with the platform.

A Supported Web Browser:

It’s recommended to use a modern web browser like Chrome, Firefox, or Brave to access the IsabiPay Escrow platform seamlessly.

Setting Up a Solana Wallet

To begin using IsabiPay Escrow, the first step is to create and fund a Solana-compatible wallet. Below is a step-by-step guide on how to set up a Phantom wallet, one of the most popular options.

Step 1: Download Solflare Wallet

Go to the Solflare Wallet website and download the extension for your browser (Chrome, Brave, Firefox, or Edge). Install the extension by following the prompts for your specific browser.

Step 2: Create a New Wallet

Once the extension is installed, click on the Phantom icon in your browser's toolbar. Click “Create New Wallet” and follow the setup instructions. Write down your secret recovery phrase and store it in a safe place. This phrase is crucial for recovering your wallet if you lose access.

Step 3: Fund Your Solflare Wallet with USDC

After creating the wallet, you need to add funds (USDC) to interact with the Solana blockchain. Click on the wallet address to copy it.

Use "Buy Crypto" option in IsabiPay Escrow to buy some USDC or an exchange like Binance, Coinbase, to purchase USDC, then send the tokens to your wallet address.

Once the transaction is confirmed, you’ll see your balance reflected in the wallet.

Connecting to IsabiPay Escrow

Once your wallet is set up and funded, you’re ready to connect to the IsabiPay Escrow platform. If you need help funding click here

Step 1: Access the IsabiPay Escrow Platform

Open your browser and visit the IsabiPay Escrow Platform.

Step 2: Connect Your Wallet

click the “Connect Wallet” button. on the login screen

A pop-up will appear, prompting you to select your wallet provider (Solflare, Phantom, Sollet, etc.).

Click on your preferred wallet and follow the connection prompts. You may be asked to approve the connection from within your wallet.

Alternatively you can login with email and password. First you need to create an account on IsabiPay Escrow

Step 3: Secure Your Wallet Connection

Ensure that you are connecting your wallet to the correct url (app.escrow.icu) by double-checking the URL.

It is also recommended to review the permissions requested by the site before authorizing the connection. Once connected, you’ll be able to interact with the IsabiPay Escrow platform directly from your wallet, without the need for further login credentials.

With your wallet successfully connected, you're now ready to start creating escrow transactions and using the full features of the IsabiPay Escrow platform.
